It is with heavy hearts that we share that our current Defina Woodfired location will be closing due to unforeseen circumstances.

We want to sincerely thank all of our patrons, neighbours, friends, and guests who have supported us, shared meals with us, and made Defina part of your lives. Your support has meant more to us than words can express.

While this chapter is coming to an end, we’re happy to share that you can still enjoy the same quality food, warm hospitality, and familiar Defina experience at our Roncesvalles location. We would love to continue welcoming you there.
